REALTOR Registration rules: Scripps Park Associates, LLC will provide prospective purchaser protection for Cooperating brokers who meet the following criteria: Submission of this form to a Woodbridge Estates Sales Manager on or before your client’s first visit. Prospective purchasers will Not be permitted to register for, or personally provide protection to their broker. If your prospective purchaser has previously registered on their own, you will not be eligible for compensation under this agreement. Any disputes regarding the above policies will be handled exclusively by the Woodbridge Estates realtor program administrator. The community Sales team will Not be able to remedy the dispute. All dispute resolution inquiries must be made in writing and signed by the complaining party. The program administrator will contact the party directly. Other referral promotions will not apply with this agreement. (i.e. Friends and Family Referral) If your client does not purchase a new home within the initial 90 day period, we will protect you for an additional 30 day period, provided you secure an extension in writing before any application time period.
